Production
The effective cleaning of raw materials out of weeds and foreign matters, which may have got there during harvesting and transportation, also separation of the seeds with damages or abnormal shape and color are achieved by means of the most-up-to-date technologically equipped cleaning line designed for our company by the engineers of Cimbria (Denmark) and Bühler (Switzerland) companies.
In order to meet the highest requirements to raw materials food safety and guarantee the impeccable quality of the final product we have provided 7 stages of cleaning: by means of sieves, aspiration system, magnet separator, spiral separator, indented cylinder, gravity separator and optical color sorter.
Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000 implemented at the enterprise assures high quality of the final product.
The purity of the final product comprises 99,99%.
