Starting the morning with a spoon of ground flaxseed

In a specialized edition “Pekarnia ta kondyterska” ("Bakery and confectionery") to the all-Ukrainian branch newspaper "Kharchovyk" (“Food processor”) (of May-June 2017) in the heading “Flour. Equipment. Ingredients” there was published an article "Starting the morning with a spoon of ground flaxseed ".
The author: Mykola Shkurko, Director General of EPCF "Siaivo" LTD, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Union "Flax and Hemp Development Association of Ukraine " (FHDAU).
The article promotes the usage of flaxseed in healthy nutrition and contains a suggestion to the bakers and confectioners, flour millers and cereals producers to cooperate in the marketing of high-quality flaxseed by means of distributing chains.
